Mining
In mining, pipelines carry ore slurry, tailings, dewatering water and compressed air, and are often laid in remote, rough and hard-to-reach terrain. Abrasive media, dust, mud and impact wear down both the pipeline and the equipment that builds it. When a fault occurs on site, reaching spare parts and service can take days, and when the line stops, production stops. On tailings and slurry lines, a leaking joint also brings environmental liability and clean-up costs. That is why durability, and the ability to move and position equipment safely on site, is essential.

Technical Pipeline welding clamps and internal line-up clamps are designed for harsh field conditions, with a powder-coated body, zinc-plated fasteners and weld-spatter-resistant construction. Our transport systems handle large-diameter, heavy pipe, and our pipe stands position it on site. In projects where HDPE lines are common, our pneumatic pipe joint test robot supports testing joints before the line is commissioned. Sourcing equipment for several stages of the line from a single supplier also simplifies compatibility and service on site.
