In workshops producing pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers and prefabricated pipe spools, productivity depends on doing the same job to the same quality, in the same time, every time. Manual measuring, improvised support and resetting for every part waste time and cause quality to vary. At a time when qualified welders are hard to find, a welder’s time should be spent welding; alignment and positioning should be left to the equipment.
Technical Pipeline welding clamps and internal line-up clamps bring pipe and fittings onto the same axis and make tack-welding and weld preparation more orderly, while our pipe cutting machines deliver repeatable end preparation. Our pipe stands are offered with V-bed metal, stainless steel, polyurethane-roller or steel-roller bearing surfaces and a working load of 1 ton or 2.2 tons, so they suit shops handling both heavy carbon steel and surface-sensitive materials. Investing in equipment is one of the most direct ways to reduce hidden costs such as rework, scrap and late delivery.
