Internal Mechanical Alignment Clamps

Small-bore tube instrumentation lines, hydraulic tubing, and other small-diameter precision work needs the same true, concentric alignment as large pipe, but at a scale where a full-size internal clamp simply won't fit. Technical Pipeline's Internal Mechanical Alignment Clamp is built specifically for this range, bringing two tube ends into precise alignment by hand before welding. Two rows of four bronze contact shoes (2x4) expand against the internal tube wall, centering the joint without marking or galling the tube surface bronze is soft enough to grip securely while protecting the finish of precision tubing. The clamp is fully manually operated, with no air or hydraulic supply required, and is available in seven standard models with overlapping ranges from 15 mm up to 64 mm, so an operator can select the model matched to the exact tube size on hand.
