Construction & Infrastructure
In urban infrastructure projects, water, sewer, gas and energy lines are often built at the same time, in tight spaces and on tight schedules. Every day a trench stays open adds pressure on traffic, safety and cost, so bringing pipe to the trench, supporting it at the right height and aligning it quickly are decisive steps in the work programme. Improvised or manual positioning wastes time and, with heavy pipe, increases the risk of accidents.

Technical Pipeline pipe stands, transport systems and alignment equipment help even small crews position large-diameter pipe in a controlled way. Our stands are available for pipe from 1″ to 24″ (33.4–600 mm), with a working load of 1 ton or 2.2 tons; used as a matched pair, the same stand gives two-point support and adapts to different pipe lengths. Our pipe raiser lifts one large-diameter pipe above another so that two pipes can travel on a single trailer. For HDPE and GRP lines, our pneumatic pipe joint test robot allows joints to be tested hydrostatically. In infrastructure work, time, safety and quality are all direct costs, and the right equipment protects all three.
