Transporting large-diameter pipe by road is constrained by legal height and width limits, which often means a single pipe fills an entire trailer. Technical Pipeline's Pipe Raiser solves this by letting two large-diameter pipes (50"-60") travel on one trailer at the same time one pipe is raised and secured above the other, keeping the combined load within maximum allowed transport dimensions. Built around a robust base construction with an anchoring rod, the Pipe Raiser is available in six standard models covering 50" to 60" (1270-1524 mm), each rated to carry two pipes up to 14,000 mm in length with a combined carrying capacity of 28,000 kg. Models for the larger end of the range (58"-60") use four side tables instead of three, adding support as pipe diameter and weight increase. The construction is easy to fit to a trailer or railway carriage, adjusts to different diameters within its range, and is built to withstand outdoor weather conditions across repeated use.
